The school day starts at 8.30am and finishes at 3.20pm. We have a staggered drop off, meaning that children can arrive between 8.30am and 8.45am. Registration is at 8.45am.
We do have a breakfast club from 8.00-8.30am. Parents need to book this via Parentmail or with the school office.
Members of staff are at the doors to greet children in the morning.

The whole school enjoys playtime at 10.30am every morning.
Lunchtimes
Lunchtimes
Children in Hedgehogs and Squirrels class have their lunch at 12.00pm and their break ends at 1.00pm. Children in Badgers and Owls class begin their break at 12.00pm and it ends at 1.00pm.

Hedgehogs and Squirrels children have a playtime at 2.00pm.
Drop off and collection arrangements

At the beginning and end of the school day, parents are encouraged to speak to staff if they want to- no earlier than 8.30am. This helps to build up a close relationship between home and school – we want to have good links with all parents. If normal arrangements have to be altered (eg you are delayed or another person is collecting your child), please let us know. This avoids any confusion or upset.
Getting to school
Getting to school
To get to and from school, walking or cycling is definitely the best option! However many of our families live at least 2 miles away from our school. When bringing a car to school parents are encouraged to car share to limit the number of cars in a restricted area. Parents are also asked to park wisely and responsibly in the adjacent Village Hall car park and to respect the residents and parking regulations.
