Full details of their policy and procedures are set out on their website www.suffolk.gov.uk/admissionstoschools. This provides everything you need to know about applying for a school place as well as access to information about admission procedures, selection and oversubscription criteria and published admission numbers.
You can call the County Council Admissions team on 0845 600 0981 or email them: admissions@suffolk.gov.uk
If you wish to make an appointment with the Head teacher to have a look round the school, please call the school office on 01473 736276 or e-mail us at office@waldringfieldprimary.co.uk
If your child was born between 1 September 2021 and 31 August 2022, you must apply for a primary school place by 15 January 2026.
You’ll need to make an application even if your child is already attending a nursery class in a primary or infant school, a pre-school, or a family hub next to a school site.
This is because a place in a nursery class, pre-school or family hub does not guarantee your child a full-time place at that school.
Waldringfield Primary are responsible for our own in year admission to any year group. Please contact the school directly on 01473 736276 or office@waldringfieldprimary.co.uk to speak to us regarding places for your child. If you are looking for a nursery place for your child we have spaces funded spaces available for 3-4 year olds.
For more information on our admission policy please see the ASSET Admissions policy on our Policies page.
